Hi, how are you, this is Linda from China, our company Tangshan Kaiping Runkai Metallurgry Auxiliary Materials Factory subsidiary of Heng xinda Group Co.,Ltd. mainly manufacture various high quality ferrous metallurgy auxiliary materials which are broadly used in steel continuous casting and foundry industry. The main ferrous metallurgy auxiliary materials produced by our factory are as below:
1.Continuous casting flux (Pre-melting type)
Other name: Mould flux /Mould coating material/Mould powder/Mould casting protective slag
Uses: Casting fluxes for continuous casting and bottom pouring are available as granules or as powders. They are applied to the mould during the continuous casting process of steel making. This method of pouring steel into a near to net-shape like slabs, blooms, and billets represents the most efficient way to produce innovative and high-grade steel products. This continuous casting process saves costs, energy and process time and improves yield, quality and productivity of steelmaking.
2. Covering Compounds(Pre-melting type)
Other name: Insulating covering materials/agent for ladle and tundish
Uses:Covering compounds are available as granules or as powders. They are added to the molten steel in ladle and tundish during the continuous casting process, to provide thermal insulation of the steel. The compounds are comprised of various components that have a melting point, adjustable to a temperature value above or below the degree of liquid steel.

4. Refining slag(Pre-melting type)
Other names: Refining synthesis slag, Metallurgical slags
Uses:These metallurgical active slags are applied the ladle refining of LF furnace, open-hearth furnace and converter to achieve deoxidation, desulphurisation, degassing and alloying. This Pre-melting type refining slag has more superior performance than commonly used synthesis slag and has much better desulphurization effect, and it is a necessary materials for high quality steel.
5. Three-de-series(deoxidizing agent, desulfurizing agent, dephosphorization agent)
